By viewing business details on-line with BizSales you enter a legally binding agreement with us on the following terms.

If you click on the "submit" button below and complete the registration form that follows you will have access to our Service. Access to the Web Site and your right to use the Services is granted in return for you abiding by these terms. If you do not comply with these terms you will not be allowed to access the Web Site.

All information supplied to me by BizSales will be kept absolutely confidential.

All particulars, although believed to be correct, are in no way guaranteed, should be verified and do not form part of a contract.

Any addresses are disclosed in confidence. For an appointment you must contact BizSales. who will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements.

I shall ONLY view businesses offered for sale by BizSales by prior appointment arranged strictly by BizSales. I will not approach the vendors, staff, customers, suppliers, neighbours or competitors of any business BizSales are offering for sale.

I undertake not to provide any third parties (other than to professionally recognised bodies e.g. accountants, solicitors, etc.) with information issued by BizSales, the vendors or their advisers direct.

All offers and negotiations will be made via BizSales.

I agree should I act either directly or indirectly to exclude BizSales (the vendors appointed selling agents) in the sale process then I shall be liable for BizSales fees, costs and forgone interest. i.e. if I or my associate buy a business BizSales are offering for sale and Nationwide Businesses Limited fees are not paid in full I shall be liable for Nationwide Businesses Limited commission.

Your responsibilities

You must keep your username and password in a secure place and not disclose it to anyone else. You are responsible for the actions of anyone who accesses the Service using your username and password.

We reserve the right to:
(i) limit the provision of the Service to any person or geographic area we wish;
(ii) change the scope of the Service; and
(iii) change these terms.
This does not affect any other rights that we may have. However, before we do any of these things we shall try to give you reasonable prior notice.

If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions you must not use the Web Site at all.

Termination

If you are in breach of these terms and conditions we may immediately end our agreement with you and stop you from accessing the Web Site by invalidating your username and password or any other appropriate means.

Deferment of the Service
We may, without ending our agreement with you, suspend provision of the Service in whole or in part until further notice with immediate effect if:
(i) we have reason to end our agreement with you or have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have misused the Service;
(ii) we need to carry out work relating to upgrading or maintenance of our network.

Our Duty
We shall use reasonable skill and care to ensure that the Service is available to you on a continuous basis. However the nature of computers and the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted and error free nor that the Service will be provided at a particular speed. If the Service is unavailable to you for a continuous period of more than one month you have the right to terminate your agreement with us.

We will not be liable at all if you suffer any of the following losses:
(i) any loss of data or information;
(ii) loss of opportunity to buy, sell or view a property;
(iii) loss of profit or extra expense resulting from fluctuations in business/business & property prices;
(iv) any direct or indirect losses whatsoever;
(v) any loss that is caused by your error or omission.

Intellectual Property Rights
All the written, photographic & design content of the Web Site is the copyrighted property of BizSales. None of this material may be reproduced without our written permission. You may, however, download or print a single copy for your own non-commercial off-line viewing.

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The Agreement is personal to you and you must not share or transfer the Services with or to any other person without our consent.

Each of these terms shall be construed separately, applying and surviving even if for any reason other of those provisions are held inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstance and shall remain in force notwithstanding the termination or expiry of our agreement with you.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights.

Any failure by us to exercise any of our rights, powers or remedies under this agreement will not mean a loss of that right, power or remedy by us nor will it prevent us from exercising any other right, power or remedy available to us.
